We offer various weight loss programs
These programs include our most successful 12-week initial Cheyenne Weight Loss protocol, designed to decrease inflammation, improve your quality of life, reduce risk of chronic diseases, create sustainable weight loss and establish long term food freedom.
We know that testing and tracking is vital to your success so we determine your specific needs and understand your body type through specific testing and monitoring using our InBody 570 scale. Unlike many weight loss programs, which only focus on pounds lost, we want to know your full body composition including weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, water retention and more to ensure that the weight that is lost is the unhealthy, unwanted fat our body can hold onto. Through our specific coaching, our goal is not only for you to lose the weight, but know how to keep it off.
Steps to begin?
Schedule an initial Health Discovery Session with Roxanne. This will be an hour long appointment where we discuss health history, past weight loss attempts, goals, obstacles and more. Then we will take a body composition assessment to understand the specifics of your body composition. Based on this session and what we determine together, you will be provided with the best recommendations for you.
12 Week Cheyenne Weight Loss Program* (group or one on one)
This is the most well-known and structured program available, including recipe books, weekly educational courses, consistent check-ins and coaching from Health Coach, online group support, food diary reviews and weekly InBody scans.
Accountability Check-ins ($75 per session)
This option is for the individuals not looking for a structured program with educational courses, (more of the do-it-yourself type) but instead want additional accountability. These check-ins include food diary review, check-ins and coaching from Health Coach specific to your needs and InBody scans.
Our Health Coaches can generate recipe books or weekly meal plans tailored to your needs.
This option is available to clients who have committed to some form of coaching in the past (typically following the 12 Week Cheyenne Weight Loss Program) and are looking to continue working with their Health Coach in some capacity. Frequency includes weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month check-ins.
