Warm Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup warm water

1 peeled ripe banana

¼ cup chopped raw walnuts

2 or 3 pitted Medjool dates

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ inch knob of fresh ginger

 

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.

2. Serve warm and enjoy!

NOTE: If you are using a glass blender jar, allow the ingredients to cool to almost room temperature before adding to the blender.
